IR-Convey Stainless Steel for Hygienic Washdown environments
Here is a demonstration of our hygienic IR-Convey system using planar motors, developed with the support of AMPC for the Australian Red Meat Industry. The mover sizes in this video are 210mmX210mm and 330mmX330mm. All of our XBots (movers) are available in hygienic versions, and various size movers are available.
IR-Convey Planar Motor XBot
XBot® redefines intelligent production lines for smart manufacturing, with unprecedented flexibility, reliability, agility, and efficiency to meet your dynamic market needs. An XBot® is composed of one or more Movers and a stationary surface called Flyway made of modular Stators. Each Mover is independently controlled and suspended on Stators with 6 degrees-of-freedom motion capability. The system does not require any lubrication nor generates any contamination. It is ideal for applications requiring high cleanliness such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and electronics manufacturing as well as industries with harsh environments such as those that require water and dust proofing. The Stators are made from identical modular tiles and are fully extendable and reconfigurable.
